Hicks Parts understands the real world you work in and our return
policy reflects that. We'll do everything we can to make your order right. If
we can't satisfy you then we'll return your money (less original shipping and
handling) on parts in the same condition as you recieved them -- but you must
contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returning an item is simple -just contact us by email or phone to get a Return
Authorization (RA) number - be sure to include your name, your customer number,
the date of your order and the exact problem you are having.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box and pack your return in
the ORIGINAL PACKAGING or similar. Include a copy of your invoice, and the
item(s) you are returning or exchanging. Once we receive your item, your money
will be refunded in the same method as the payment.
